YES............. the absolute truth he was a fanatic. Loved the BB teams.

We were freshmen in 1963 and Dove was in our accounting class we all had great laughs about it.

I remember the Redmen coming to Syracuse, and played a game in Manley Field House, and when they introduced the team and came to Sonny Dove 3 white birds were let loose and flew around during the game. I thought they were Doves, but maybe they were just pigeons,,,,,,,,,True story, I was at the game.
