In other words don’t F w Monte orAwfully strange coincidence that many of the most impatient posters are the same posters who made it clear that they never wanted Pitino here in the first place. A small but very vocal group who will usually preface their criticism with "I'm thrilled that Pitino is our coach, but...". . In fact I can't think of too many posters who were both ecstatic with the Pitino hire, and quickly became impatient when he didn't immediately start reeling in top 10 kids.
Bottom line, if you truly believe that Pitino was the right hire, and that he has us headed in right direction, then IMO you shouldn't constantly be expressing your disappointment and skepticism.

I said "most", not all. So no need to beg to differ, as much as I know you love to differI would beg to differ as I was happy, then impatient - not with the speed so much as the quality of recruits, and now back to satisfied. I guess I was delusional in believing RP could get a top 4 BE quality roster put together on his name and rep alone. But I know (as if anyone knows anything) he will still get these kids playing to the best of their abilities and that he might be able to get this group on the bubble or better. But I would still hope for a step up in recruit/transfer quality for the next class.
