Can someone please explain to me why Felix continues to get playing time?

This is nothing against Felix, I just don't see what he brings to the table, other than he is an athlete.

He can't hit the broad side of a barn with his shot. His entire offensive game consists of 2 things: driving to the lane and trying to throw up a floater, or him thinking he is a big man and trying to post up and play with his back to the basket. Those moves may work against weaker competition, but against BE teams, they just don't.

Overall, he is very lacking in basic basketball fundamentals. He was always just so much more athletic than everyone else, he didn't have to develop skills (a typical Lavin recruit)....he could always just outrun or out-jump everyone else. Now that players are more on his playing level athletically speaking, his flaws really show.

I get that he hustles and everything, but at this level, hustle can only take you so far. It's more about talent than hustle, and Felix just doesn't have the talent.

I would rather give his playing time to one of the younger guys and let them develop. Anyone else agree with this?

Uh JP, it's because we don't have very many good players at this stage of their careers right now.

I agree on your assessment of his skills, but if anything I'm OK with him getting some time, even starts at this point if he can tire out the other team a bit, keep them on their toes as someone that might go into the lane etc

just don't attempt to shoot !!!

Once again....why is he getting any playing time? He brings absolutely nothing to the table!
Neither does Ellison and the walk ons. Pick your poison. No matter who is playing it will be a cluster fuck of a rotation where nothing good will result until real ballers replace them.
