Over the weekend we released our interview with a man that needs no introduction, Christ the King Head Coach Joe Arbitello. He was one of the guys who I really wanted to talk to given his history, and the current momentum with the program. (The interview starts around 13:34 - intro is a recap of the two practices I attended and what stood out)

Joe and I discussed his success, his talented team he’s got coming, the partnership with LeBron James, Jose Alvarado, scouting tidbits on players St. John’s staff is recruiting like Brandon Williams, Qinfang Pang, Dwayne Pierce, Markel Alston.

Joe talks extensively how much he loves Mike Anderson and this staff. We discuss the importance of St. John’s to NY and basketball in general and so much more. This was so fun to do, Joe is top tier. I hope you take a listen and please let me know what you think.

Well done Dave…lot of folks who make big $ on the WFAN would do well to learn how to do an interview by listening to your talk with Arbitello…knowledgeable, well prepared and you let him speak…great job

Wow Thank you so much for the kind words, I truly appreciate it. While I do put a lot of time in preparing and researching and talking to people about the subject, an interview is only as good as your guest and their answers. Joe is amazing and made it super easy.
