Eugenia Cleared to Play

After tearing her ACL 6 games into the season last year 5th year senior Eugenia McPherson, the heart of the women`s team the prior three seasons was cleared to play earlier this week and should take the court today against Drexel. Her return should be a big boost to the ladies who have struggled at times this season loosing two games to SEC foes Florida and Auburn on the road.
Next weekend she will be joined by transfers Denejia Grant and Selina Archer which should also be a huge boost to the team when they play top 25 Texas AM at the Garden.
We must win both games this weekend at CA though.

As a fellow Long Islander, I have followed her career for many years
I am so happy that she will be able to play (hopefully at 100%) this season
As a seasoned veteran, she will contribute a great deal, both on and off the court
