ESPNU - Kentucky Practice

So ESPNU is airing a Kentucky practice, not midnight madness, just a workout. Does anyone know if they do this with other programs? How this is not an unfair advantage? Come to Kentucky, get interviewed on national tv just for practicing. It seems like the media (ESPN more like it) goes out of its way to give more exposure to a program like Kentucky.
