What bothers me most is Lavin has said from the very beginning that Harkless needs to invovle himself more, be more aggressive and assertive in wanting the ball. Moe , in case you don't know this, you are our best player, our go to guy. 
 
 These kids are growing up right in front of us....They are going to grow into a force.
 
I  think they are doing a great job considering what they are up against. There was no quit in them yesterday no matter what the score. SirD really started to step up and looked very athletic. UCONN shot 60% and hit 9 of 14 three's. We only hit 2 of ours. Their shooting was better than most days. That's why we had such a tough day. If I'm looking at a box score showing most of our starters in double figures, I'm thinking it's a "W". UCONN shot the lights out of the building. That's hard to overcome.

Jack its one thing for the coach to say something and another for the player to realize it on their own. As I said earlier it is great to see Mo saying this less than halfway through his freshman season.

Absolutely, Frank. The experience these young guys are getting in their baptism by fire simply can't be matched by observing from the bench someplace else. They're going to a force to reckon with, as you said. I for one will enjoy the ride as they grow. 
 
 With all the playing time they're each getting this year, they will be more like Juniors than Sophs come next season.
 
if this team stayed together four years (never happen) they'd be top ten competing for a national championship. i'd say top five if they were in a lesser conference.
 
Look I love Mo but as Tom Coughlin says-talk is cheap. Just because Mo says he will take over a game do you really think he is capable of taking over any game he feels like. Only guy I remember that could do this had the initials MJ. Again love Mo and would like to see him be more assertive and as far as i am concerned he can take as many shots and make as many plays as he wants throughout the game for this team. 
 
 Michael Jordan lost his share of games in college. St Johns even beat a MJ north Carolina team with Mullin. I think Harkless is the type of player who can take over a game. Will he be able to win every game? no but he can be an exciting and game effecting player
