The crack dealers on Main Street were laughing their arses off while the chase went on! One of the hookers down the block tried to trip a cop in pursuit and one of the illegal street vendors complained that his knock-off designer bags was damaged by Irv as he fled when salsa spilled on it.
The real crime here is that the taco was made with red slime ground beef and the vendor was charging $3.

Both of my daughters went to UF and the joke there is which athelete is going to be out on bail this week. It's pathetic. That's why they needed Muschamps to come in and clean up the mess Meyer left behind. RVC's Billy D isn't faring much better. I can't understand why he can't recruit a better class of athelete. Earlier this year he lost two players who stole a car.

When I saw he was the all time assists leader , also wondered if he is their all time steals leader .

Love how in the article he says he was "just playing around."  Yeah, the only reason he was just playing around is because he got caught. I bet his next comment will have something to do his 'rough upbringing'.....

My Florida papers headline was "Ex-FU basketball player charged with stealing taco". Must have graduated right after they lost in the elite eight.

It's UF not FU.

The good news for him is stealing a taco is only a misdemeanor.

If he stole a burrito that could have been a felony and I wouldn't have wanted to be stuck in the cell with him after digesting a burrito

I think FU was what he said to the Taco vendor before he took flight.

Or what Zeeman said to the guy harping on such a tiny mistake on a fan board.

Erv didn't want to pay for a taco, our guys didn't want to pay for a (frito) LAY!

I distinctly remember our guys paid "in advance". The argument was she agreed to do "a player" and not the entire starting five!
BTW, Irv's defense team is claiming the taco was actually for Norm Roberts, who agreed to pay the vendor, but then reneged when there was no salsa on the taco. Again, it's Norm's fault!!!

"... (he) just finished his career..."  Welcome to the real world Erving, no more "playing around" out here.

On a different topic -- Given that today is April 1, I've learned, over the past few years here at Redmen.com, to take things with a critical eye on this day -- we must be slipping. :silly:
