Short Term: I'm ready for this year, it's gonna be fun to watch.

Long Term: I think all who witnessed the past 15 years are ready for Chris and Staff to turn it all around, and make us elite like we should be.

No need to put pressure on Chris, he expects nothing less then elite status himself.
He's all business.
