Anyone notice how bad the Duke fouls situation has gotten? Through 19 games, there have been 104 more fouls called on Duke opponents then on Duke. That is insane.

To make things even worse, coach K gets mad about non foul calls in 50/50 situations, so much that he doesn't even shake hands with the whole Syracuse bench. Then he goes and complains to the ACC chairman, and then even goes in front of the media and complains about the refs!!!!!!! And I bet he doesn't get fined.
It's becoming a joke.

Makes our win over Cuse even more satisfying. Had Lovett, Sima, Mussini and Yakwe been playing together all year at this point we could be looking at a 14 win season. Next year with what appears to be an additional three 4 star players I see 18-20 wins. Year 3 this team will be loaded with talent. Don't buy into the 4 year rebuild being proposed on the motherboard. We are not paying over 3.5 million a year in salaries to be DePaul for three years.
As for coach K all I can say is he is "amazing".
 
Def showed Coach K in a different light. I do have to give Coach K credit for building the model program and having several detractors who love seeing his team lose. It was a bush league move to walk off and not shake the oppositions hands.

I was also at MSG in 2011 when Dwight Hardy and company ran the Blue Devils out of the building, it was one of the more satisfying wins for the program in the last 10 years.
 
It's been that way for a long time. Not that I want to defend them you do need to take into account that teams will always foul the team leading to get more possessions. Also, better teams will get fouled a lot more versus weaker competitions as they have the athleticism and the defense can't get in position as quickly. The more athletic team will also commit fewer fouls on defense as the will beat the player to the spot.

Blue bloods will always get 50/50 calls/fouls in general. Its good for blue bloods to win for the NCAA ($$$). The academic scandal at UNC will be one to watch out for.
 
I hear what you are saying, but I disagree. Take West Virginia for example. They are a team comprised of very athletic kids. Through 17 games, their foul difference was 5. Dukes is 104 through 19 games.
