Drissa Traore - key piece of team chemistry (Zach article)

This is a great article and acknowledgement of a terrific young man. In a winning is everything culture, guys like this are often overlooked. It's almost astounding to me that Pitino would recognize this kid as a centerpiece of the culture he wanted to build here.

Think of that. The kind of person you'd want in your company, in your office, on your project team. An encourager, a supporter, a guy who will joyfully do any task assigned to him. Who elevates others with a contagious attitude and ethic. Another guy whose on court experience can translate into post playing success. I'd love to have a guy like that in my organization and I had several.

On another very important note from this article, please read or watch the inspring story of BC's "Man ine the red bandana" Welles Crowther, a BC grad saved at least 10 people in the World Trade Center during the attacks on 9/11 at the cost of his own life and Boston College constantly honors this young alum's heroic action. At today's game many BC fans will wear red bandanas in his honor and memory.

I don't want to distract any attention from Drissa that he richly deserves but this is a great article about BC grad, former BC lacrosse player, NY native, and heroic young man Welles Crowther. BC today will wear their special red bandana uniforms today.
