“It's a great honor and evidence of how much we are growing as a team,” said the 6-8 forward, who had 23 points and 11 rebounds in a win over West Virginia last Wednesday. “As we continue throughout the season we see our team improving more and more each game, we hope that awards like this are just the beginning, and that more wins come and with them, more honors for all of us.”
 
Congrats Moe. Clearly, well earned. Hopefully his efforts will start translating into more Wins. 
 
can a player get big east rookie of the week and player of the week? moe had a better week statistically than anyone in the conference, including johnson-odom, who won pow
 
good point re: non-conf

but lets say d'angelo goes for 40 pts followed by 25 and 6, and st johns wins both (beast conf) games that week, can he win both rookie and player of the week? with the way that moe and d'lo can score when they get hot, it seems like they might be candidates for this
