DePaul

It may just be DePaul, but it's nice to see they appear to be totally committed to their program even if it's in rough times. IMO they are 1 IW type recruit away from having other recruits check them out and pick up their recruiting.
 
I'm hoping DePaul gets it done and lands those two stud players they're after as well. They used to be a huge rival with Marquette which is great for our league. For only 10 teams, the Big East is recruiting amazingly well right now. That is great for the future of our league. Would love to see DePaul get it going and be a force in the Midwest.
 
Great for the conference. Depaul always draws very well when they are winning and decently even when they are terrible. The new Big East has some very nice venues with MSG, the Verizon center, the new Depaul Arena, the 18,000+ capacity Creighton Arena which is always full, and some historic, quaint college venues like the Dunk, Butler's fieldhouse, and Nova's gym. Xavier and Marquette also have top-notch arenas.

playing nova at the wells fargo center this year, which i hope becomes an annual event.
 
Like I said, I had reservations about how good this Big East Conference was going to be, but the direction of all of our programs is really becoming clearer. Look at our league's recruiting. It has gotten better from top to bottom since the schools bolted to the ACC and should get even better. It's not a huge year for us recruiting-wise, but we have killed it the last few years. We do have some great venues and DePaul's new one should lead a resurgence. Some great matchups are forming. Exciting times ahead...
 
Not sure if this happened a while ago, but I was in CA tonight and they changed the banners to the new Big East schools. I feel like it was a recent thing but I could be wrong.

I think he and his buddy who's name is escaping me, will choose DePaul. They've been talking about going to the same place for a while. Would be a big coup for them.
