As the teams shot around before the game, the Friars engaged Harrison in some trash talk.
“They were saying ‘y’all are not ready’ and ‘y’all too young.’... stuff like that,” Harrison said.
Added Harkless: “They came out thinking they were better than us and that kind of motivated us.”
I read some of Council's comments in yesterdays paper as well. Who do they think they are? They beat nobody. This will shut them up for a bit.
