Still an absolute disgrace to lose when the referees are basically giving you the game. When you have a 38-3 free throw advantage, you shouldn't just win that game ... you should dominate your opponent. Our players continually missing FT's at the end is just unacceptable and I hope Lavin drives that point home.
I know this is probably the youth and inexperience factor, but I really don't understand why the players slow down the offense when they are tied or slightly ahead. All season long we are provably going to be too small to run an efficient half-court offense. Letting up on running in transition is not going to be an option for this team.

ENOUGH! The refs did not do SJ any favors. Our offense is dribble drive dribble drive ....with Nurideen the main focus. SJ will collect 20+ free throws every game as a result. Our three scores were abysmal yesterday....Moe, Nurideen and Harrison did not connect on their shots! Oh, I forgot, and GG did not dominate two of the best bigs the Big 12!!
