Daddy Ugbede

St. John's looking at the following 6'7 combo forward. How fun would it be to have the chant "Who's your daddy?" As a die hard Yankess fan I know I am partial to it! ;)

thanks
ManHATTEN for your note but I "got scared" for a moment when you listed SIX FEET when we need SEVEN FEET etc.

all the best

Actually you listed six inches I believe - we definitely need more height then :ngrin:

maybe your "6" combo" was a Subway meal??? what do I know

Wingspan more important than height. Dropping 32 against grant jerrett doesn't sound like a slouch.

ESPN calls Mr. Ugbede " a scoring machine inside 15-feet of the basket."

Hopefully an ESPN Insider can provide more details; see below LINK:

http://insider.espn.go.com/college-...ayer/evaluation?id=115974&_slug_=daddy-ugbede

Strengths, scoring inside 15 feet, motor, soft touch to elbow
Weaknesses: Size, struggles against length, weak right hand dribble
Opinion: Excellent mid major recruit,

Sounds a bit like Gift with more offensive skills

Fair enough but sounds like he could help the team going forward.
