Unfortunately for Cruz, it was actually mostly dead by Hofstra, unless you stumbled upon guys racing on that one street off the turnpike.

Got better by East Meadow and Tri-County parking lot in Levittown was the best, even though one friend got literally all the action.

Then again, this was more than 30 years ago so maybe things have changed.

But to bring it back on topic, he should be good there. I was really impressed with the one glimpse I remember of him this season.
