Creighton (MSG), Sun., Feb. 16, 3p, FS-1

I have been going to games for over 40 years now. I remember the really BIG games in the mid 80s against Georgetown and Syracuse and then the stretch in the late 90s into 2000 against Syracuse, UConn and Duke. We have sold out MSG many times in the past. But, it usually meant that there were 5-10 thousand fans rooting against us. Yesterday was amazing in that it was a sold out building that was a sea of red. Creighton brought maybe a few hundred fans. It was all us. That was something that most of us have only dreamed of over the years.

Next time at BET , Warren Buffett will charter 2 planes for Blue Jay fans

They get , what 1800 tickets through the School?

But , Marlon Perkins isn’t coming through those doors .

Great post was at the game yesterday sat in the chase bridge not terrible , maybe saw 3 creighton fans.

It’s a Jesuit School in Omaha . Not many kids from NY looking to go there . But , it’s a excellent school in the Jesuit tradition .

So , therefore , not many Alums living in NY .

But , they will fill their allocation of BET tickets

maybe it’s all this 3 pt talk lately from Rick, but Wilcher kinda hovers at the arc. Early in the year he was driving and playing aggressive offense. Maybe he’s deferring a bit to kadary and company. Idk
A few weeks ago Rick mentioned that Wilcher was shooting behind the NBA 3 point line instead of the college line.
I was at MSG on Sunday and noticed that the NBA 3 point line had been "painted" to almost the same color as the rest of the floor so the college line was the only one that was clearly visible.

Maybe Rick asked MSG for that change?

I heard Rick say that he did.
