Creative Recruiting Pitch by FSU

Wow. Is it just me or is this ridiculously trashy? Imagine if one of those girls was your daughter? They are basically whoring themselves out for a recruit or at least implying it. I swear women get even more trashy and classless as the years go by.

Doesn't bother me too much. I would file pictures and signs like those under the "all in good fun" category.
Trust me you can find much worse when it comes to college age girls and their involvement in the recruiting process. Not that long ago many of the prominent college football programs had female spirit girls or chaperons for recruits who were on visits. If anything, the process has been cleaned up somewhat in recent years.

Plus, girls at Florida State aren't exactly a proper barometer of sexuality for their gender.
I don't know how else to put this... (and apologies to anyone with a daughter at FSU), but
FSU is known for their whores. It's kind've their thing.
 
The idea of being back and high school and banging a bunch of college hotties makes me pissed at my parents for making me do homework instead of building on my white chocolate basketball skills
 
The girls dress like that to any game. So they wore a special shirt calling out a recruits name. Wish we did things like that. Unfortunately we have a die hard group of 50 kids and thats it.

Are you telling me you wouldn't care if it was one of your daughters essentially advertising herself to a recruit? Something just feels so trashy seeing it. I'm sure it happens all the time under the radar, but coming right out saying "FSU girls are hotter ;)" and wearing shirts with his name on it...really? It's reasons like this that I want a son and not a daughter. If tables were turned and it was a bunch of men with signs like "The guys here are bigger and better ;)" to sway a female recruit, they would be called male chauvinist pigs and it would be seen as totally disrespectful. I don't think there's anything "cute" about this I think it's implied prostitution. I'm no angel or monk trust me and obviously I wouldn't mind being in Wiggins' shoes (who wouldn't?) but this just turns me off. A little reading between the lines and anyone can figure out that this is essentially whoring out girls to sway a recruit. I know it seems like I'm overreacting, it just does something to me idk.
 
Wiggins should seek out the dumbest one, get a BJ in exchange for committing to FSU, and then announce for St. John's the following day.

FSU is an enormous school...over 40,000 students, so it is tough to generalize based off some of the more visible students and nobody is more visible than half-naked women. There are a ton of hippies at FSU and there is a large vegan/coffee shop/hipster community as well. My other half is an alum of FSU, and she was a nerdy pre-med student that would shake her head at those types. There are far more like her than the scantily clad women attending football games.

I think this was all in good fun. I doubt these girls even know who Wiggins is...it was probably and idea from some guy in the student section. Very few women care about basketball at all...they go crazy for football (to annoying levels) and baseball there.

Villanova's considerable number of female fans (makes you wonder why we have so few) had t-shirts made up a few years ago when they played UCONN:

All in good fun, and everyone got a kick out of it, except the UCONN husky girls.

Do you have the ability to read through the lines? If that was your daughter advertising herself you would be singing a much different tune. The girls are trash.
