Between the on-off-on Jets/Tebow to bountygate, yesterday was one of the most entertaining off season days in the NFL in a very long time.
Goodell was right in punishing NO. Payton and Williams are real sc*mbags. They displayed hubris to no end. They lied about it and continued doing it even as they were questioned by the NFL and then tried to cover it up. Now it's the player's turn, especially Wilma, to get what they have coming.
The Jets meanwhile, well all I can say is I am glad I am a Giants fan.
And I do make my penance, by the way. I am a Mets fan.
