We should leave Mitch where he is, promote Matic, and reassign Slice to Matic's DOBO role. Then fire Slice with cause if he refuses to do whatever it is that a DOBO does.

There probably isn't language forbidding reassignment, because Slice's lawyer never would have imagined he'd be reassigned to DOBO. :lol:
