Someone who knows how this works does Amir have to get approved through the Clearinghouse again? Is it likely it will take weeks and delay his return to the team or since it's just one class is it possible it will go through quickly? Is the reason the walk-ons with JUCO and Div 2 experience aren't on the team yet because of Clearinghouse issues? Anyone know the status?

Yes, he would still have to go through the Clearinghouse before he can suit up. However, the NCAA has already gone through his transcripts up through the summer and therefore knows where he falls short on (if it was average or core courses). Therefore they should be able to just look at what he has done this fall to determine whether he meets the eligitbility requirements or not.
I don't have any idea why the walk-ons with JUCO or DII experience aren't on the team or even if any were selected to be on the team. Either way, their transcripts would have to be reviewed to ensure that they are eligible and that might have to involve the Clearinghouse as it definitely does for any incoming freshman.
