Chris Monash / ESU

Interesting, close enough to nyc, seems like a job to have a job, I was hoping Chris would get a bigger gig. He is a qualified ad IMHO, hopefully in a year from now things can work out.
 
This is an INTERIM position, and appears to be something to make him a little cash while he pursues a bigger job. I don't think this is the type of permanent job he wants.
 
Maybe his compensation includes all the free tanning salon time his body can handle. :)

To his credit, a large part of Monash's tenure at StJohn's was during Harrington's presidency when he seemingly did not have the institutional leadership which many successful Athletic Directors enjoy.

ESU is Pennsylvania state school which plays at the D2 level. I believe that Monash's salary at ESU, albeit less than at StJohn's is likely larger than some of the above posters implied. Being the AD at a state funded D2 school is not a bad gig.
