What a great job of our own redfan sigep09 Cesar to do this for a lucky student and the university. This guy bleeds St. John’s and his passion shows!!

I have videos of him introducing 7 of our current players and one of Marcus hatten but they are too long to upload here. He should be announcing our players at every game he is a natural with the microphone!!

Anyway here is a pic of Marcus Hatten with some of us redfan posters. He’s a really nice guy and went out of his way to engage us fans.

“Yesterday was a magical and unforgettable day.
For everyone that came out — I can’t thank you enough!

A huge shoutout to Alumni Relations, Mark and Pete at Bourbon, Jones Beach Brewery, alum Tom Adams at Mineola Trophies, Storm Marketing, and our amazing alums Marty Whelan, DJ Zeke, Terrell Amparado (MC), and Daniel Vasquez for capturing the day so perfectly through his photography.

Special thanks to the St. John’s Men’s Basketball players who showed up and represented, and of course to the LEGENDARY Marcus Hatten for making the trip all the way from Baltimore — you’re forever part of what makes this community so special.

We were honored to award a scholarship to Brianna Blanco (Class of ’26) — a truly deserving student who embodies what it means to be a Johnnie.

This tournament isn’t just growing the way I knew it would — it’s connecting networks, supporting alumni-owned businesses, helping students, and strengthening the heart of our community.

If you were there yesterday, you already know how incredible it was.

This tournament started before we even thought that Rick Pitino would ever be a coach here. So to see how it has been growing every year is truly a blessing from god.

As much work as it is, helping students , and giving back when you can always feels so good.

Last season was a dream come true from someone that graduated during the Norm Roberts era , and enduring what we had for such a long time.

I wish I posted more , but I am a better speaking in person. I am always reading the board! Lets win this National Championship! St John's Forever !
