Burn the Black Uniforms

I agree !00%. They made fun at me when I brought it before. Mouse and others will as they get older will get to realize that you don"t fool around with tradition and superstitions.Our colors are red and white and remember Lou with the sweather.You think Lou would have change the color of the uniform, believe me he was not happy with the name change. Bad luck ,of course, now we have a injured player who wore the black uniform. Wake up REDMEN burn those black uniforms. 
 
 Silly thread. We've lost a lot of games in red uniforms and white uniforms too. Should we burn those as well? We've played few games in black uniforms during a period when we were a bad or young team. It is mere coincidence that we have not yet won while wearing black. Stop believing in superstition.

You are right about the facts. And I am sure that we had lost if we use the red uniforms.

But I don´t like the black uniforms because the red is our color. I suppose that this is the reason why we are Red Storm or we were Redmen.

I agreed to dee about the not use of the black uniforms.
 
Although I am usually a traditionalist, I think the black uniforms look really sharp
I also think that recruits would think so as well 
They are a good change of pace once in a while
 
If you're going to burn them, at least do it because they look like shite.

This whole black uniform thing seems so 1990 NWA/Raiders.

 
 
 I really like those futuristic gray ones (with the names under the numbers) that the rest of Nike's "A listers" like Cuse and UNC have worn this week. I'd much rather have those then the black.

Amen - but not just on the basis of results:

(1) they are undistinguished and unattractive

(2) when I look at them I don't think - St. John's!

(3) bright red speaks to the brand.

..LOL havent seen plastic covering on furniture since the early 60s
 
Why are we discussing the uniforms? We should be discussing who is in them. That's what wins or loses games.
