LeBron James's son, Bronny, has suffered cardiac arrest during a basketball workout, according to a report.

The son of the Lakers superstar was rushed to hospital after suffering the cardiac incident during a USC workout, according to TMZ.

The 18-year-old is said to now be in stable condition and is no longer in the ICU.

USC had another player go into Cardiac Arrest last summer. Weird coincidence. He ended up getting back on the court in January. Good luck to the kid.
Did USC clear the other kid, or did he end up playing for someone else?

How very tragic, poor kid and I can't imagine the shock his parents must be in.
I hope there is no permanent damage and that he can recover and live a normal life.
Life is so much more important than playing a game.

But the thing is, it just isn't a game anymore, not including Bronnie since Lebron is his dad, and is very well taking care of. For most, it's a life changer. Top players get $40+ mill a season.
Thats insane.

And the % of players who get to that level is ridiculously low, emphasis on ridiculously when the emphasis should be on getting that free education. At the end of the day it should be thought of and treated as just a game, the ones for whom it is truly a life changing path are by far the exception.

Wishing all the best for the young man and his family. Cardiac Arrest is not trivial but I am thinking he is getting the best possible care around. Plus, the follow up care will be great and is very important.

I am guessing that it was a weird electrical signal that set it in motion, because he is certainly not a prime candidate for this type of thing. As was said above, his health is THE most important thing, and let's all pray he recovers completely and gets to play on the same team with his dad one day. If not, that he has a long and productive healthy life.

How about this:
No matter what your stance is on the vax, let’s just stop talking about it and simply wish the kid a speedy recovery.

Thank you in advance.

Amen. Hoping we see Bronnie in a USC uniform following his dream so long as he can do it safely.

While I agree it’s not the time/place to bring up the subject it is still startling how many people who I’d consider smart blindly trust the government and big pharma. At this point if you haven’t noticed where the misinformation came from, I’m not sure what to tell you.
