Mr,Lavin,please start Branch instead of Greene, Just look at the stats after almost every game.Hooper is no good under pressure. What is Sanchez"s role? I am fan for 60 years,Lapchick and Lou would be tearing their hair out the way Sanchez"s is used on offense.Get Sanchez to play inside,he can not make an outside shot under pressure.

Your post raises other questions. We looked better with GG in the game last night, perhaps because neither Sanchez or Sampson are comfortable banging down low. We went for a stretch with Sanchez at lead guard (mostly setting up his own drives from the top of the key and it seemed to work.
However, and I do hate it when I lapse in to the Bobre45 world view, four games in to the Big East schedule you think that the head coach would have figured out that we need someone on the floor to bang underneath and someone to assure ball movement all the time. All the gifted athletes in the world do not compensate for not getting the ball from toughness under the boards or usually getting it in the wrong place at the wrong time because there is no point guard to organize the offense.
I have begun thinking of Rysheed as a wing for whom we sub in SirDom and who then comes in as point to give Branch a rest. Writing this I start thinking of Lavin's UCLA teams and how much I disliked how their immense talent was used.

Your right ,although I am not a fan of GG,at least he plays his position .Sanchez is out of position most of the time.Moose,what I meant is that you can't expect Hooper with 20 seconds left in the half to come in and save the day.Your also right,Sanchez Hooper and Jordan were suppose too be the difference from last year that would put us in the Ncaa's. Jordan is the only one of the Three that I would set a play for the last shot to win the game and be mighty mouse
