Four. He has Georgetown as a #9 seed as well.

Lunardi is useless until the end of the season. His value is reading the current data not predicting how the games will pan out. Xavier is 11-3 (with 8 games against major conference opponents) and ranked #25 in the RPI. If the season ended right now, there is no way Xavier would be any less than an 8 seed.

I dont understand how he can give Xavier a 12 seed, but he gives Cincy--9 spots lower in his own RPI rankings--a 10 seed after Xavier beat them by 17 on a neutral court.
