Big East Media Day Photos

Providence beat us by 1 vote for 3rd Place.
Mustapha was not yet included in the voting calculus, and I'm guessing neither was much thought given to Figueroa, or even Keita.
None of this matters, of course.
What matters, is how it stands at season's end.
Let's Go Johnnies!

I would say buy one for Heron also but if you did the NCAA would probably put us on probation for two years due to a booster providing a gift to a student athlete which is an improper benefit.

Curious, do any of you actually wear ties any more? What industry is clinging to those?

While my company does have a "business casual" code on Fridays and all summer (as long as we don't have meetings with external parties or outside the office), I still do (even today) and did the same for the summer (except for days it was expected to hit 90 or above).

We have biz casual on Fridays as well. That's jeans and golf shirts. Your Fridays are probably our Mon-Thur. No marketing folks wear ties any more. I thought it was just politicians. that's why I don't trust anyone in a tie. ;)

Any fellow retirees will agree we only wear ties at weddings and funerals.:)

Not even those anymore. Put one on for the family pix at my nephews bar mitzvah to placate my sister a few years ago.

Oh thanks on the trust and tie thing :) :).

My staff definitely follows business casual when it is allowed and that includes golf shirts and jeans (if they are at a field office/location).

Ties are becoming a thing of the past in coaching attire as well
that sweatsuit or whatever it was under the jacket definitely want a good look.

Used to wear ties every day of the work week now probably half the time unless I'm seeing clients but I have some clients now who tell me dont wear ties when I come see them but its probably also because I've known them 20 years

Yeah, him and Mike Brey.

Yeah, him and Mike Brey.
I think it's OK on Brey because he's looked that way for as long as I can remember. I think Lavin's meds bloated him and he was self-conscious, but the fashion response was bad. He should have just gotten bigger shirts, or a bunch of sweaters and called it a Lou tribute.

But I suppose it could have simply been some sort of attempt to make certain people mad, in which case it was hilarious.
