Big East in the NCAA Tournament

Good first day so far with Xavier, Butler and Villanova (on the way) to wins. Let's see what G'town does later on tonight.

I am rooting for our conference to do well as I think it keeps the new Big East in the spotlight and hopefully shows future kids that it is a great place to showcase their talent. So thanks to our fellow conference members and Go Big East.
 
Too bad Notre Dame & UNC pulled their games out. Would have been a great way to start with the ACC losing those games. There is always tomorrow ; )
 
4-0 and a strong Providence game leading into our game. We all know what that means. Would hate to let down the conference.
 
Really proud of the Big East so far! I know we all hate these teams when we play them, but it's great to see us off to such a hot start. I get so sick and tired of hearing how the Big East is dead. Time to shut everyone up.
 
Not only 4 wins but 4 fairly easy wins. Meanwhile the conference we were told all year was the best in the land was 0-3 last I looked. Did the small dozen win 1 that I missed?
 
Obama had just 2 of the 6 Big East teams (Nova and G'town) making it past the first round. And we trust this man to negotiate with Iran? :)

I'm telling you. Not picking St. John's is grounds for impeachment!
 
Providence playing Dayton in Ohio will be tough. Would love to get 6 of the Final 32. Really give the conference some good publicity. Wow, I really want our boys to pull through tonight.
 
10 team conference if we get 6 teams in the round of 32 it will mean some nice cash for St. John's

Sounds like a nice fringe benefit. I don't want to be the team that let the conference down. Gotta win tonight.

Congratulations to Xavier. Great coach. Great program. Hoping Butler can do the same. If they can do it why not us.
 
Nova playing awfully so far. Need a good final ten minutes to win.
