I was surprised and after I heard her reasons I certainly understood more but do not agree with her decision. Primarily, she was recruited by Kim and did not feel that the staff believed in her. Her perception is her reality but it was incorrect. She was getting more pt this season than last , I don't really know how a coach can show more love than giving increased pt.
Secondly she believes she is better than she is or has proved to date. She has had two very good games in her career to date but that is it. It is ironic that Eugenia was cleared to play last Monday and right after Ashley announces she is transferring. If she is so good she should have stayed and proven she deserves to take pt away from Eugenia.
Does it hurt this season not reallyI think , as Brianna is a true 2 guard and with Danejia Grant eligible this weekend to play the 3 Briana can back up at both positions. As for next season staff was looping to sign a 2.

Sad to see her go and I wish her the best of luck.

By the way I don't believe Phil was still in the picture.
