Any one blocked by the St Johns Twitter account?

I've heard people on #sjubb talking about getting blocked. Wanted to know if that was true and if it had happened to anyone here.
 
when i commented on the sju basketball instagram account that the blue uniforms were "hideous" and we should go back to nike/jordan my comment was deleted.
 
Wow that is a new low for the SJU administration incompetency. Trying to cover the sun with their hands.

Given the posts on here recently, I would say 90% of the board is getting blocked.

Well, I guess it's probably a lesson that just because you use social media, you can't say whatever you want to whomever you want. I am guessing that SJU uses their twitter account to disseminate information about the program to fans, and not to be a forum for followers to express their dissatisfaction. I don't feel strongly one way or another - I use twitter to a limited extent to get information.

I agree that twitter account is best used to disseminate information. Getting into back and forth exchanges with fans is not the usual approach. In my opinion, the SJU twitter person has occasionally strayed from that course to his /her detriment.

And so I am announcing today that I am officially unfollowing @StJohnsBBall.

No longer will I allow their propaganda to corrupt my mind. No longer will I allow my brothers to be blocked.

One pull of the trigger starts the revolution. Because they will take notice. And they will cower in fear.

And so I ask my fellow redmen.comers.... will you rise with me as one? Will you stand up to evil? On this day? At this hour?

I think you should dump your tickets into New York harbor, and rally students to build a pyre of branded SJU and STJ material - tshirts, foam fingers, sweatshirts, and the like, and build that fire outside of CA. Just make sure you don't melt the state of Joe Lapchick, because if you do, JSJ will hunt you down and melt you in a vat of acid, as in Breaking Bad.
