The Hinkle curse has been lifted and just like that we are back in the hunt for a possible post season invitation. Of course most likely that will be the NIT because the Big East is super competitive this season.
The front line was very productive today with Wheeler, Soriano and Champagnie clearly dominating their bulldog counterparts. Champ was not as effective shooting wise but he made critical freebies at the end of the game.
We'll have to wait and see if Posh is OK because without him we are toast. With all the joking about the Borinquen star Pinzon's absence, it is at times like this that it is no longer a laughing matter.
Wusu cannot be the backup point for Posh.....period.
I think we beat Nova as a pay back but only if Posh is 100%.
