West Virginia and UCF will tip it off in about an hour, 5 pm on ESPN2.
 
Oregon State was terrible from 3 today and lost by 4 to LBSU.

This has more to do with West Virginia, IMO. I think they came out a little angry after that close call with Marist last night.

We should give ucf fits, dawkins out for the year and taylor out until December. Not too worried about tacko fall, he is a good player but we are a nightmare matchup for him. I think we win by double digits. Hopefully 7-1 going into that west coast trip. Not too worried about Grand Canyon, they are good but not on our level. ASU has some talent but I think we are better. Have to bring it against them from the jump.

Arizona St. just took it to Xavier today. Scored over 100 points. We can't sleep on them, by any means.

As far as UCF is concerned, I expect Fall to do his share of damage against us. Like it was mentioned here, he only goes about 25 minutes, so as long as no one else goes off for them, we should be OK.

Just saw that, man lots of upsets early this year. Going to be a great year in college basketball. We will have to bring our A game against them no doubt.

They are really big Don not know anything about them other than they have a player 7-6,another 6-11 ,6-9 6-8 I know they can not all play at the same time
Have you seen them play guess concerned whenever we play a big front court

ASU has two very talented very fast guards, so it should be a good match-up for our two, I think they are the highest scoring team in D1 to date. This will be a tough test for sure, and I'm wary of the GC game because its a "home" game for them and they're a pretty good team. I'll be happy with a split on this trip.
 
SJU a 3 point favorite. Apparently everyone, especially the team, should not be looking ahead. One game at a time should be the motto for the team.
 
I'm sorry, but no excuses here. We wanna be a post-season team, we need to crush these guys. This is a middling at-best AAC team. I don't give a crap about height etc. Gotta crush em. No more fancy stuff from our guards. In addition, we shouldn't be chalking the Grand Canyon game as a loss either. Ever hear of them before this year??? Nobody has yet we are marking a loss... this is sad. We have the talent. Get out and play and win. Missouri was a narrow loss and they were hot with a bit of poor reffing that allowed them to start a run. The fans have a loser mentality which makes sense, but it seems our team does too, which isn't acceptable. We need to make this game a statement....

Good... time to shut em up. We should have won the last one as well if we played a tad better overall. Our guys should look at the media's lack of confidence in us as somewhat of a challenge.

You think the espn stats have zero human input into it? Why are numbers different from the book, Kenpom etc? It's too early in the season to have any true data to put into any algorithm to predict based on season data.
