We should be better next year only because we will not have to play Syracuse, Louiville, Pittsburgh, Notre Dame, Cincinnati, and UCONN. I really do not seeing this team improving much. Reasons: Poor point guard, poor shooting, poor rebounding. Can we improve in these areas with another year of experience? I honestly do not know! I hope so!

Don't kid yourself, the league will still be tough with teams like Georgetown, Marquette, Butler, an up and coming Providence program (wait till you see Ricky Ledo play) , Seton Hall at full strength etc.

the league will be tough...for a bad team.

it's not weak...but it's not the "big east".

winning it all will give us the seeding reserved for the atlantic 10s of the world.

especially five years from now.

I may be wrong but I thought we were playing Syracuse next year. Didn't they sign a 2 year home and away deal?

so if we beat seton hall and depaul twice and get crushed by syracuse while they're outrecruiting us in nyc...it'll be like old times.

Ledo may not even suit up for Providence. I wouldn't be surprised to see him test the waters. He's also never met a shot he didn't like. Not to mention, he isn't the easiest person to play with.

Seton Hall at full strength? The Seton Hall team you see now may be the same Seton Hall team you see next season. No need to stretch it, in order to crap on our team.
