ACC Basketball: Each team’s worst performance of the last decade - Syracuse

Whenever I read anything about that Syr- SJU game I always question did that really happen?

If they wrote a similar article about the Big East which would be our worst? Delaware St, maybe St. Thomas Aquinas (granted that was an exhibition)?

Can't we just lump that last decade together...the fact that we have so many to chose from speaks volumes.

Not that they were the worst team/opponent but the worst performance I've ever seen even been embarrassed by was vs Robert Morris 1st Rnd of NIT 2014.

I think you guys are being too rough on the Incarnate Word loss. I mean the year that beat us they also went on to beat Dallas Christian :p

That was to this day the worst attended game I've ever been to. The arena was an absolute ghost town.

Team literally mailed that game in.

With Val Ackerman in attendance

Wasn't that the game Rysheed Jordan missed supposedly due to "tonsillitis" ?

The St. Thomas Aquinas exhibition debacle was brutal... They almost doubled our score and foreshadowed what was to come for rest of season.
