As we know all now know, our coach(who also happens to be the greatest player in the history of our program) is dealing with an extremely heartbreaking personal matter at the moment. And it's something he's been dealing with for a while. As we also know, we are headed in to the Big East tourney and then to the post-season, where the slate is wiped clean and the team has the opportunity to redeem themselves. Out of respect for the players and, more importantly for Chris and his family, how about we all back off the negative talk for the time being and throw our 100% support behind Chris and the kids? Like most of us, I am disappointed in how the season ended, as I'm sure Chris and the kids are as well. But as fans(many of us alum) of the program, we owe it to Chris, his family and the team to support them all in this most difficult and trying of times. So lets try and re-channel all that negative energy in to positive energy. Besides, it's the Christian thing to do.
