Good for them, if this comes to pass, though it would be a bit of a geographical hassle (the most northern team in this league is Lipscomb, which is in Nashville, though South Carolina Upstate is probably a quicker flight - other then that, the rest of the league is way down south).

Glad to hear it. I know they have tried for years to get in a conference and had hope that the America East would take them.
 
I remember when it was a point of pride to be an independent. We were often referred to as the Notre Dame of College basketball.
