A Few Josh Roberts Highlights

I think you meant "the only" highlights as the previous staff had him buried on the bench behind Keita and Trimble.

I think he will do well in the new system and receive the coaching he lacked to help get the most out of him

May be time to let it go 72 :)

Is there any player who will not do well in the new system?

Hey you never know. If Caraher can shoot maybe he gets some open looks and buries some 3s. Here’s hoping.

He can shoot and has a pretty good release. I think he will be surprisingly better than most assume just in that he isn't a slow, plodding, one-dimensional set shooter. He runs the floor, drives, has good vision/passing and legit 6'6. He's also played a season with the team and before that played with Steere. What I would like for him is to develop defensively under CMA and aim to be a JP Macura type player (without being a douche).

We shall see but as Paul says, Caraher is a fundamentally sound player with a high basketball IQ and he can shoot.
Could be a nice complementary piece.

I couldn't resist! I was vocal in wanting him to get more minutes because I still can't understand how Brian added any value guarding a 6'8 player and not scoring ever down low. Sorry for the George Washington moment.;)
