2025 MTE tournament?

Any know if there are plans to play in a pre Thanksgiving tournament next year?

I would not be inclined to ever again play in a MTE outside of the continental US.

I believe that the refereeing and court conditions in the Bahamas were subpar which I am not citing as an excuse for StJ's lackluster performance.

All the high major programs play them, so if we want to remain relevant we should not shy away. Just my 2 cents.

There is no shortage to top MTEs in the continental US.

None at all, but any relevant MTE’s should always be in consideration regardless of location.

During a Georgia game time out the announcers noted the wet conditions on the Atlantis court and said officials talked to coaches pre game about postponement. then they showed one of the Atlantis staff at center court logo with a towel on the floor to catch a leak. he was there until teams went back on floor and did it every time stoppage of play.

Interesting that St. Joseph's is there given the conferences tied to the remaining 6...still one more to add. Looks like trying to get at least 1 team from biggest conference

This year the games are Tues, Wed & Sat.

Baylor v SJU
Memphis v UConn

There actually was a leak from the roof during the game at Atlantis with people cleaning up after every dead ball and even during play a few times.

My credit card and bank accounts were hurt getting to watch games on those courts though. A mere 44 bucks from the airport to Baha Mar for a 10 minute cab ride. Luckily i was able to catch a ride to Atlantis on one of the team/staff vans going there and with the Storm Marketing guys back to Baha Mar. If I didn't I think I might have to go back to work.

That's f'ing disgraceful. Way too much chance of injury. I dislocated my knee beginning of hoops game with water on court

Robbed me of my pending mvp award finally senior year. The mental damage for not winning turned me to a life of IPAS

Next year's Maui field is the worst I can remember. It's not terrible but the new NIL tournaments will be king
