Is St. John's the host school or will it just be a Big East school? I heard the site is TBD due the MSG renovations and may be in Newark? Just wondering if anyone knows the real story

(The event's official hosts would be St. John's University (New York) and the Big East Conference.) Various factors, however, including the arena's ongoing renovation, scheduling issues, the fact that MSG is the current host of the finals of the NIT, and likely a snag in negotiations have prevented the NCAA from naming a site already. I'll never forget going to the first round games we hosted at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in 2001. The atmosphere was incredible and watching #15 Holy Cross almost upset #2 Kentucky was great as almost the entire Coliseum was rooting for Kentucky. The Wildcats ended up winning 72-68.
