1983 NCAA's / St. John's vs Georgia

and of course in the last second of the video came the news that Nova won their game and advanced. LOL (BTW was at that game, friend of mine who I was with labeled the Carrier Dome a torture chamber after that game).

Went up to Carrier Dome that weekend. Had to endure being in crowded hotel elevator with Georgia fans all screaming “How ‘bout them dawgs,”

We had a good team that year. Should have beaten that Georgia team. Recall Terry Fair having a great game
 
Was also up at the Dome that weekend, thought I would be watching SJU vs. North Carolina in the final. Never thought Georgia could win that regional.
