Good luck Don. Last year they had 2200 applicants for 75 seats so it's highly competitive.
I attended the dedication yesterday. JSJ and most of the board of trustees were present as well.
The building is spectacular inside and out. I cannot imagine any school possessing better facilities and technology to train PA's, nurses, radiology techs, pharmacists, or clinical scientists. There is a hospital room with automated robotic patients, virtual reality rooms to simulate diagnosis and treatment, an operating xray room, study spaces, and classrooms.
A really great moment for the university and for our health professions programs.
Peter and Peg D'Angelo have been incredibly generous and unassuming university benefactors. The D'Angelo Center was already named for them, so despite a $20 million donation towards the building and scholarship, they asked that the building be named for St. Vincent DePaul. Amazing gift from an amazing couple.
