KD lead team in assists and steals and it was not even close, but why let facts or stats get in the way of a silly attention getting post!

Bad, bad, bad example. Neither were in the game in the critical final four minutes when the game was still winnable. It will be debated for years to come unfortunately if Pitino threw in the towel too soon or whether, with Luis, he threw out the baby with the bath water.
Sadly, Kadary made himself a complete non factor with early foolish fouls.

He was a terrific player for us but this discussion started when some experts here started bemoaning prematurely the future state of the POSITION of point guard which, in effect, was unintentionally degrading the future capabilities of both Ian and Dylan at the point.
I refer you to a more recent post where a great contributor stated Kadary "was not really a point guard".

Rocket, I love your passion, but saying KR (not KD unless you mean Kevin Durant) didn't make a single other player on the team better when he was on the court, really?

How can Kadary be missed more than our best player, the league and tournament Mvp?
Because he directed the offense and directed the defense all while playing point guard. His court vision is amazing.
For the __________ time, we lost because Kadary fouled out. Period.

Certainly a contributing factor. But definitely not a period. More like a question mark obviously.
But he sure lost the game on the floor.
Because he's a better basketball player.

Assuming that basketball is a team sport - isn't it harsh at best and absurd at worst to blame one player
for a defeat? Why are the two player's that had worse games than RJ, Lefty and Aaron, never
blamed for the loss? Shouldn't our undeniably best player/league mvp/tournament mvp/leading scorer
deserve and receive more respect and leeway from this ungrateful fanbase at season end after leading us to
our finest season in 25 years?
