Used to tell witnesses not to put hand over mouth when testifying because body language experts say it is interpreted as an unconscious sign of lying and some jurors might so interpret it
That makes a lot of sense

First question, Hopkins says he suffered a bone bruise against DePaul, had a sit month, and, quite literally says, "had to make a business decision."

So there ya go folks.
This isn't news. It's why all the Providence losers are such assholes to him under every post he makes or anyone else does. There's also a lot of behind the scenes stuff that went down with Kim English and how they treated the injury. The relationship was not a fixable one. Hopkins and his family made the best decision for him and his future. Providence fans are simply holding grudges and are wildly disgusting to a young man.

It's not. But there's also people on this board who are nervous about his ACL injury/think he's injury prone/wasn't available last year.

It's not really a theory, as much as a fact, that he was available to play in February but chose not to (which I don't blame him for, for a multitude of reasons!)

Going to watch practice tomorrow and talk to Coach P as well as some of the players. Will be doing an episode afterwards with a guest or two.

Also doing a summer mail bag - taking questions from twitter and all over. Wanted to open it up to you guys here - so if anyone has anything they are curious about from the summer, the roster, the season ahead- fire away or DM me and we'll get to it. Thanks rncas always to this community
Dave, We have a lot of guys who played for other coaches. If you get a chance to speak to players, it would be interesting to hear how their experiences differ under Pitino.

Will try and get to this throughout the off-season if we get player availability again.

I did speak to Dillon Mitchell, not specifically about coaches but system and what attracted him to St. John's and Pitino. And he said the Big 12 which he played in with Texas and Cincinnati was slow and he loves that Coach P allows him to push the pace and allows him to run the ball up the court as it fits his style more

Good Morning NEW EPISODE IS HERE

All thoughts from Tuesdays Media Practice, Ian Jackson and playing point guard, the big three in the paint of Zuby Hopkins and Mitchell and how they compliment each other. Dylan Darling’s prospects at handling the transition to the Big East from the Big Sky, Ruben Prey’s improvement, if a point-less offense can work and more. Plus we take fan questions about the season and roster! Joined by Zach Braziller of the NY Post i hope you enjoy the chat.

I understand why Providence fans are pissed and if the situation was reversed, we would be too. For those you who don’t think so, just check out the old Marcus Lovett or the Keeping Up
With Old Friends Thread (where his name recently popped up). Maybe not as nasty (but then again, he didn’t transfer to a conference foe) but the grudge is still there for many.

Doesn’t make it right but fans are fans for their teams and these two situations tend to bring out some of the ugly of that fandom.

Agree 100%, I was going to post the Lovett comparison myself. To this day he is the only former Johnnie from the Norm years onward I don't really care about

I fully expect the Hopkins return to Providence to get a network tv spot

I admit to actually disliking him and while not wishing him well, could care less about him. He quit. Has not missed a game since he left us. His father was a bad influence who did his son no favors. Enjoy playing in Manchuria or wherever the ferry is taking him this year.
