The last time Logen was in New England he was throwing beer cans harder than Nimmo’s assist.we all are
The more he dogs it the better I feel about his decision to sign with the Mets.especially yankee fans
SNY broadcast poignant at the end of this one. Gary points out 10 runs in last 7 games. 6 games in a row without a homerun. Top 4 of the order all slumping at the same time. First real adversity of the season for this group. Will be interesting to see how they handle
Put Vientos #2. Lengthen the lineup.
Don’t want to beat this drum all year, but why would you throw Alonso strikes? Nimmo and Vientos don’t scare anyone now. Vientos’ rep from last year is destroyed. It took a month.
Put Vientos #2. You have to throw him fastballs with Soto and Alonso next. It’s probably the best place to hit in baseball. It would instantly turn Vientos into a 35 homer player.
The other option is move Nimmo to leadoff which isn’t a great L/R break up.
