I apologize for sounding snippy. I met no harm. My frustration was at the decision that, I believe, Unconstitutionally failed 2 great men who deserved better. The case should have been filed in Federal Court where a claim of denial of Equal Protection could be heard. My apologies again.

I did. They lost and knew going further was futile. When you lose one round against the NCAA with their recent track record in court cases, you know it’s time to hang it up.
