Mitchell could use to stand to gain some muscle, but he's athletic enough that I think both Maker and Iwuchukwu could end up getting called into the coach's office on Monday.

I don't think we need to carry 14 kids with what is shaping up to be a bunch of interchangeable parts.

Not as excited as some here since this 5* made very slow progress in college.
No outside shot and a horrible free throw shooter. Career. 22% from three and .48% freebies. Yes, he can rebound but I would foul him in any close game.
We shall see if the price is right.

Nothing wrong with a good set up man!

He covers a lot of holes defensively. 3-5’s will absolutely hate playing against Zuby, Prey, and Mitchell.
 
That’s a valid point if we have Sanon sellers Jackson and Lee we will have plenty of Shooters and Mitchell can fill a Justin Simon roll
 
I’m really liking the makeup of the roster so far. Was hoping Dunlap and RJ would both have stayed but those ships have sailed it seems. As long as Rick is recruiting guys with enough length and lateral quickness then they can figure out the D IMO. I know a lot of what we’re hearing are rumors but this roster looks like it’s going to be ELITE.

You hold on to 7 footers as long as they are developing.
 
For people that don’t love the Mitchell interest. The kid is big, and an athletic freak. Can rebound, run, defend, dunk
and cause all kinds of matchup problems. He’s the kinda guy that Arkansas threw at us recently who gave us problems. Shooting numbers is one thing. We need numbers and we need athleticism and defense as well. Total gazelle in the open court. Our roster will be long, fast, lean and this year finally with shooters. A bit Jakaar Sampson-esque but an even better athlete and a bit more versatile if you can believe it.
