I haven't enjoyed a Texas game this much since Avery "3 pt. record holder" Patterson hit 5 threes against them.

The wild shots at the end didn’t make sense. They weren’t falling anymore. Too much talent for their season to end like that.

Texas let Xavier dribble out the clock to around 20 seconds down 3.
I was pleased to see it. What was the coach thinking, Xavier would miss a shot, not be fouled at all, Tx would get the
rebond and run down and score a 3.???
That's possible but improbably...I would have pressed hard and fouled..try to extend the game

Then Freemantle missed the shot but no-one blocked out Swain....game over.

I didn't think it was around that long, but apparently VCU was in it the year they went to final four

I really liked Xavier going into this game. thought they were playing well going into the Big East tournament and Conwell was impressive in their near win over Marquette last week.
