To recap: The best f*cking coach in the game had a week to prepare and have his team rested and ready to play at home on their campus arena, while SJU had a short week after playing Marquette in a physical old time BE game.

And SJU took UConn’s best punch, and punched back harder. Like they always do.

What a great day I had today.

Played golf with 7 friends today. Beforehand 5 of us met for breakfast. I was repping St. John's with my golf shirt and one of them said you guys are having a pretty good year. I said pretty good? Where are you guys ranked? The 4 guys I was with root for Kentucky, UNC, Michigan and Ohio State.

20 plus years I have been waiting to not have to hear any shit from any of them!

Then to come home and watch this beauty! WOOHOO!!! Not sure the day could be better.

I'll get an actual game thoughts summary out here later, but man, I am so pumped right now!
